Nichole
Wiggins has been in Revenue Management since 2014. Initially for a hotel chain franchise, then a hotel management group, followed by an airline. Wiggins has always sought out opportunities to grow revenue through strategy, technical analysis and appropriate risk. Wiggins is involved in Foundation for CHOICE as a mentor to help first generation teens enter into college. She also serves on the leadership committee of Cornell DFW Alumni Association. Wiggins is a residential home investor and a a multi-state licensed mortgage loan originator; where she helps home owners and buyers find the best product to fit their home ownership needs. Nichole is passionate about hospitality, ownership and travel.
Jessie
Glassmire has been in hotel real estate since 2014. She has worked for some of the biggest REITs in the hospitality industry. Glassmire’s experience spans asset management, acquisitions, finance and underwriting. Jessie also has experience at a tech and real estate start-up where she has furthered her experience in multifamily and mixed use properties.
Shanttel
Liberato has served as the Senior Manager of numerous operations from Hilton, Marriot and to small companies, leading the company's development and expansion efforts in emerging markets. Shanttel is a high-performing project and operations manager with expertise in cross-industry partnerships and agile environments while directing the consumer experience and improving employee engagement scores. Liberato is the Founder and Owner of Hospitality To Work, a training and development company that serves under marginalized communities in Washington DC. H2W has a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hospitality industry. Its purpose is to equip the workforce with qualified leaders through education and shared experience. Through her relationship-building with influential organizations and community members, Liberato has impacted hundreds of DC Residents. Her passion for creating pathways for others into unknown territories ensures that her business decisions are human and community-centric.
